The original Jews in Africa 2000 years ago were a Black African people as an ethnic group. (Massey: Egypt Light of the Word p501) Many of them still are Black, in northenrn Africa such as the Falasha Jews of Ethiopia. A New York Times editorial (3/2/84) described them as “a lost tribe that has kept it identiy for more than 2,000 years in a remote corner of Africa.” Abraham, ancestor of the Hebrews, was from Chaldea; the ancient Chaldeans were Black. In fact, Africa takes it name from Ophren, a son of Abraham by his wife, Keturah (Whiston: The Life and Works of Flavius Josephus p50) Like Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the lineage of Ethiopian Emperor, Haile Selassie also goes back to Judah -through Solomon/Queen of Sheba and King David.

Details of Disappearance
Culberson dated Vincent “Vince” Doan from 1994 to 1996 in their hometown of Blanchester, Ohio. Photos of Doan are posted below this case summary. Their relationship was extremely volatile and abusive. Culberson informed authorities that Doan smashed her car’s windows while she sat inside the vehicle and also hit her in the lower abdomen, bruising her kidneys, in 1995 and 1996. Culberson filed a criminal complaint of misdemeanor assault against Doan during the summer of 1996 after he allegedly hit her on the head with a space heater, requiring Culberson to receive five surgical staples to close the wound. Culberson and Doan were scheduled to appear at a court hearing in early September 1996 regarding the complaint.
Culberson’s family told authorities that Doan abducted her and held her at gunpoint for five hours in on August 25, three days before she was last seen, before she convinced him to drive her home. They also stated that Doan was obsessed with Culberson and was very controlling.
Culberson was last seen at approximately 11:30 p.m. on August 28, 1996. She was dropped off at her residence after attending a volleyball game with two friends. One of her neighbors say she left the house in her car a few minutes after arriving. Culberson has never been heard from again and her red 1989 Honda CRX disappeared with her. She was missed at 6:00 a.m. the next morning when her mother noticed that her car was not in the driveway. Photographs of a similar vehicle and Culberson’s car license plate, which is numbered ROL402, are posted below this case summary.

If Vince Doan is Culberson's killer, why was he compelled to share it with Mitchell Epperson? What kind of things has Mitchell Epperson done that made Vince comfortable telling him?
Doan had appeared at the volleyball game the night Culberson disappeared, angry with her because she would not accompany him to court where he had to appear on a traffic violation. He wanted to drive her home, but Culberson attempted to avoid being alone with him. She was seen shaking her head “no” to Doan numerous times, and told him she was the designated driver and had to see her friends home. Doan finally left the bar angrily and those inside could hear his tires squealing as he peeled out of the parking lot.
Vincent Doan was wrongly convicted in Clinton County Ohio in 1997 of the kidnapping and murder of Clarissa Ann Culberson (aka Carrie) of Blanchester Ohio, Carrie and her red honda crx vanished on the night of August 28th 1996… To this day Carrie and her car are still missing. Vincent was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a crime he did not commit, the trial was based on hearsay evidence. There was no DNA found, as testified to, by forensic scientist…Vincent has proclaimed his Innocence since the day of Carrie’s disappearance and we believe him. (Link)

VINCENT DEAN, THE STUPIDEST BOY THAT EVER LIVED

The Valley Club is deeply troubled by the recent allegations of racism which are completely untrue. We had originally agreed to invite the camps to use our facility, knowing full well that the children from the camps were from multi-ethnic backgrounds. Unfortunately, we quickly learned that we underestimated the capacity of our facilities and realized that we could not accommodate the number of children from these camps. All funds were returned to the camps and we will re-evaluate the issue at a later date to determine whether it can be feasible in the future.
Our Valley Club deplores discrimination in any form, as is evidenced by our multi-ethnic and diverse membership. Whatever comments may or may not have been made by an individual member is an opinion not shared by The Valley Club Board.
